My core working hours are generally 10am - 3pm Monday to Thursday, although they can vary. I am not always in the office & may be attending an event or restocking local retailers.  I aim to respond within 24 hours during the working week & I am generally quite responsive even when I'm not working but just be aware that queries received after 4pm Thursday might not receive a response until Monday (or Tuesday if the Monday is a public holiday).

If you have a question about the workshops, jewellery or glass, please ask!  There is no such thing as a silly question & I will always get back to you.
